Dilapidation Claims

Commercial leases invariably contain detailed clauses relating to the repair of the premises that have been leased and how they should be left at the end of the lease. Alterations may need to be reinstated and research undertaken to establish the liabilities.
Both Landlords and Tenants may require strategy advice on how and when to deal with these issues.  Advice for lease end liabilities and Statutory rights may be required some time in advance.
